After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, notify us within 3 days of delivery. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs and offer either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.
Shipping Costs
For regular returns (non-defective items), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
